Pinnacle Place is a licensed Supportive Living Facility, accepting Medicaid and private pay residents. We combine housing, personal and health-related services in response to the individual needs of residents who need help in activities of daily living. Supportive services are available 24-hours per day to promote resident self-direction and to emphasize independence, individuality, privacy, dignity and autonomy in a residential setting.
Personal Care Services
Personal care services are available to residents of Pinnacle Place who require limited assistance. Personal assistance is provided by our specially trained CNA's, and includes medication reminders, bathing assistance and dressing assistance. A Wellness Nurse completes assessments and develops a service plan with input from the resident. Feel secure knowing that you have priority access to Big Meadows Nursing Home should your needs change.
Dining Services
Pinnacle Place offers home cooked, nutritionally balanced meals daily in our lovely dining room. Residents are provided with three meals per day. Snacks are also available in the dining room.
Housekeeping & Laundry Services
All apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis by our qualified housekeeping staff. Towels, washcloths, sheets and pillow cases are also laundered by our staff. Residents can choose to do their own laundry in our on-site laundry facility or choose to let staff do the laundry for them.
Social Activities & Outings Program
Pinnacle Place provides an active social calendar, including a variety of recreational outings each month. Activities are optional and include BINGO, Garden Club, Bible Study, exercise classes, travelogues, musical entertainment, and trips to community events.
Beauty and Barber Shop
Residents can visit our on-site Beauty and Barber shop for all of their hair care needs. Our licensed cosmetologist makes weekly visits.
Gathering Room
Residents are able to gather, socialize and relax in our lounge. The area includes game tables and a large screen TV. There is also a VCR and DVD player available for use. This is a great chance for residents to gather and enjoy their favorite movies on the "Big Screen"! A computer for residents to use has been added to the Gathering Room. Residents are encouraged to email family and friends.

Pinnacle Place offers beautiful two-bedroom, one-bedroom and studio apartments with unparalleled views. Each unit is complete with a private bath, kitchenette and living room. Residents decorate their apartments with their personal belongings. Pinnacle Place is designed to provide seniors with affordable options and to maintain their independence with carefree retirement living.
